Hug Your Kids

Well, I'm here at the hospital getting ready to start what will probably be my only case today, although I have to be here until 7 p.m. because you just never know what might come in. And it's gut-wrenching, and heartbreaking and awful. It's so bad I can barely talk about it, so I'll just tell you that it involves a child, and organs. So, go hug the kids in your life, as soon as you can. And then hug them again for me. And, if you are praying people, say a little prayer for a family in Tennessee. Thanks. And Merry Christmas.

Terri, my heart is with you. I'm hugging my kids and sending up prayers for the family in Tennessee. Tragedies happen every day, but they seem magnified when happening at Christmas. Wishing you peace and the strength to deal with the situation you are in and help the family cope with what is happening to them.

May this child and this family be blessed through you, as I know they already have been. May this situation be resolved to the benefit of all. May you find peace through having done what you could.
