Well, I finished my comprehensive exams yesterday. Whew. It was worse than I thought it would be. Four essay questions that took thirty (yes, 30!) typed pages (double-spaced) to answer in just over eight hours. A group of us went out afterward and had an early dinner. We went to a Mexican place (and there may or may not have been a margarita involved - I am pleading the fifth!). I really love good Mexican food and this was very, very good.
Then I came home and went straight to bed - I was completely drained. Of course, then I was wide awake this morning at 2:30 a.m. and I have to pull a complete clinical day today. So, I should have stayed up for a couple of hours when I got home last night. I'm yawning as I type this but can't sleep because I keep going over my answers in my head. If you can believe this, I'm not sure I wrote enough.
But, it's done, and all I need to do is pass. So, we'll see. Surely I put enough effort into it for that. When I get home this evening I'll probably take a nap and then I really need to get out the weeding gloves and spend an hour or so cleaning up the flowerbeds. There are more weeds than flowers out there at the moment, and that's a shame because I actually have quite a few blooms this year!
Have a great day, everyone, and don't work too hard!

Best wishes and I think a little weeding therapy is the best medicine! I love to get out in the flower beds and just think!
wow Terri, that is some essay questions. Now we see where the line is drawn between people like you and me. I would have failed miserably. Good job, relax, you deserve it. !!!
It sounds like one heck of a test but I'm sure you did well. :) I need to weed my garden but its too darn hot out there to do anything. Be careful.
Oh my goodness Terri, all that for 4 questions?!?!? Your poor brain. You deserved whatever you ate/drank last night.
Hope you have a good day today!
30 pages!!! YIKES! I'm so glad you made it through. Best of luck on the one left to go. In the meantime, be good to yourself and take a little break. You've earned it.
Like you said, "One down, one to go!" !!! Yeah! It'll be over soon. Get some rest and yank out some weeds!
Whew.... glad it's over with for you hon. Fingers crossed that you passed with flying colors!!!
WOLFIE
Thank you, everyone! I am grateful to be done with it, at last. I'll be back to normal in a day or so! :)
