A troubled man has, perhaps, finally found some peace. My sisters and I were fans of Michael Jackson (and of all the Jacksons) when we were young. So, I was saddened to hear of his death today.Here's a photo of a young Michael before whatever demons plagued him took the best of him and sent him in a dreadful downward spiral. As disturbing as some of the more recent images of him were, behind all of that there was a troubled human being who was suffering. I hope he is at peace now.

I too grew up listening to his music. He was so talented. This is really sad news.
He had a lot of talent but was definitely a troubled soul. Sad news, yes.
Well said Ms. Terri. Although I didn't care for his music, or his antics later in life, Michael Jackson had talent and I think his contributions to music were substantial and long lasting. He should be remembered for the positive effect he had on millions of people around the world.
May Michael's soul be held gently in the hands of the Lord.
